Terms and Conditions of Service

Definitions

• Services: Includes Photography, Turnaround Time, Floor Plans, Drone Photography, Virtual Staging, Videography, Styling, and Editing.

• Policy: The framework of rules and regulations that guide the use of our services and ensure consistent and fair treatment for all parties.

• We/Us/Our: Refers to AJM Rise Pty Ltd trading as Acre Media Group, including any subsidiaries, affiliates, employees, officers, agents, or assigns.

• Client/Clients: The individual or individuals who have purchased our services.

• Amendments: Revisions requested by the Client after the product has been delivered.

• Accuracy: How close the measured dimensions of a property are to its actual size.

Cancellation or Reschedule Policy

Standard Cancellation or Reschedule (Same day or under 24 hours):
Shoots must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours prior to the appointment to avoid a cancellation fee. The cancellation or reschedule fee will be equal to 20% of the total booking cost.

Weather Conditions:

• No cancellation or reschedule charge will apply if shoots are postponed due to unsuitable or extreme weather conditions. We will contact the Client on the day to confirm whether to proceed.

• Overcast weather is excluded from this condition and is not considered unsuitable or extreme weather, and will be treated as a standard cancellation/reschedule if the client wishes to cancel or reschedule.

• If weather is unsuitable resulting in a reschedule, this must be communicated at least 1 hour prior to the commencement of the booking. Cancellation or reschedule upon arrival will result in a fee equal to 50% of the total booking cost.

Modifications

Acre Media Group reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions of Service at any time. Clients will be notified of changes via email.

Services

Videography

• Turnaround Time: Videography services are delivered within 2–3 business days, depending on project complexity.

• Amendments & Re-Edits: Amendments to videos are subject to approval by Acre Media Group. The extent of amendments requiring a re-edit is at our discretion. Any requests for music changes will be considered a full re-edit. A re-edit fee of $250 applies for each full re-edit.

• Staging: Property presentation is the Client’s responsibility. It is the responsibility of the property owner and/or agent to ensure the property is fully prepared prior to our arrival, as we do not provide cleaning or staging services.

• Styling: Customization of fonts, logos, color schemes, and end screens is available. Send styling requests to info@acremedia.com.au before editing begins.

• Weather: Rescheduling may be necessary during adverse weather conditions without charge. Sky replacement is possible.

Photography

• Turnaround Time: Delivered within 48 hours, with an aim to deliver sooner where possible.

• Virtual Staging: Available at an additional $35 per image. Delivered within 48 hours. Note that heavy virtual decluttering diminishes quality. Re-edits incur $35 per image.

• Amendments: Photo editing amendments are typically completed within the same day but may take up to 24 hours.

• Drone Photography: Clients will receive drone photos. A standard package includes 4 images: top-down, location shots, and exterior shots.

• Staging & Presentation: Property staging and presentation are the Client’s responsibility. It is the responsibility of the property owner and/or agent to ensure the property is fully prepared prior to our arrival, as we do not provide cleaning or staging services. If reshoots are required due to staging issues or unclear instructions, a $400 call-out fee applies (waived if due to our error).

• Styling: Fonts, logos, and color schemes can be customized upon request. Send preferences to info@acremedia.com.au before editing.

Floor Plans

• Turnaround Time: Delivered within 2–3 business days, with an aim to deliver within 48 hours where possible.

• Accuracy: Floor plans are prepared using CubiCasa technology and Client-provided information. While highly reliable, Acre Media Group does not guarantee measurement precision. Clients agree to use floorplans at their own risk.

• Amendments: Corrections resulting from our error will be handled promptly without charge.

Ownership and Usage Rights

• Ownership: All media products, including photographs, floor plans, videos, virtual tours, and any other content created by Acre Media Group are owned exclusively by Acre Media Group. Ownership rights are not transferred to clients or third parties.

• License: Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the media products for their intended purpose, such as real estate listings, marketing materials, and promotional activities related to the property depicted. This license is limited to the duration of the client’s ownership or management of the property and may not be sublicensed, resold, or otherwise transferred without prior written consent.

• Prohibited Uses: Clients may not use the media for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose, including distribution to unrelated third parties, alteration that misrepresents the property, or any use that violates the rights of Acre Media Group or third parties.

• Content Usage by Us: Acre Media Group reserves the right to use media created for our marketing purposes, including but not limited to social media and YouTube. Clients may request a delay in posting until the property is listed by notifying us upon delivery.

• Intellectual Property: All intellectual property rights associated with the media products remain the sole property of Acre Media Group.

• Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate a client’s license for violations of these terms.

Acre Media Group makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, quality, or suitability of the media products for any particular purpose. Clients agree to use the media products at their own risk.
